CONSEQUENCES OF DRUG ABUSE ON HEALTH
As we know Drug Abuse is the illicit use of drugs Without the doctor prescription or physician.
Some drugs which are Abuse are marijuana, cocaine, tobacco, etc. When an individual uses a drug and does not follow the Instructions of a physician he/she have abuse the drug
The following are the Effects or consequences of drug abuse on individual health.
1. Cardiovascular Effects: resesrchers have found out that most drugs serious cardiovascular problems, ranging from abnormal heart rate to heart attack & failure. Most injection drugs Cause bacterial infection in the heart valves

2. Kidney problems: some drugs can Cause Kidney failure and disease such as Kidney stone, diuresis, oedema, etc directly or indirectly by dehydration slowing down the maintenance of a fairly constant internal environment in the individual and difficulties in osmoregulation.

3.cancer: cigarette smoking is the major Cause of cancer of the mouth, stomach and lungs. Individuals which smoke Normally have aggressive behaviour as a result of smoking marijuana and tobacco.
4.neurone problems: most addictive drugs have neurological effects in the body
However, some drugs Cause Damage such seizures, stroke and direct harmful effects on the brain. Drugs that May Cause brain damage are:
